I'll start by saying this .. crumbl to me is the best cookie place in town imo ! Because they switch up their menu and bring different tasty cookies every week ! But this last time was kinda disappointing.. idk if it's because people started to complain about their cookies being too soft or undercooked but let me tell ya. My last order I got a 6 pack I got the cakes, thins and apple ones and also the berry one . When I say I've never had cookies so brick hard from this place it blew my mind ! The berry one had a cookie base where you could only assume it would be soft but no it was hard ! And the apple ones !! Jesus when I say brick hard I mean it ! And I got two of the apple ones and ended up throwing them in the trash because there was no way I could even attempt to eat it !! It was almost like those were the weekly display cookies that somehow found their way in my box ! No joking .. saying all this to say that last order might keep me from coming back for awhile because I don't know if I'll have the same experience again . But also if the manager or work crew sees this review I would ask .. pleaseeeee continue to give the same quality you use to when it came to soft cookies bec

Service a was horrible and the cookie was dry and hard as a rock. I’m pretty sure the rude teenage girl that took my order gave me an old cookie on purpose because I didn’t tip her for flipping the screen around. She was dismissive, rude, and gave me a mean look while handing me the cookie. I had a feeling I should’ve inspected it closer, and I wish I would have, because it was obviously old and had no business being served. I also got bad heartburn eating it. Be careful and watch them closely when they get your cookie, employees are unhappy and spiteful.

I have to try the Dubai chocolate cookies since they have it three weeks in a row!! Unfortunately for me, it’s way too sweet. The cookies is sweet, the filing on top of the cookie is sweet and the chocolate cover is sweet too!! So in my opinion, it’s way too sweet. Though I like the texture of crunchiness from kataifi which makes it different from other cookies. But I do like the like their cookie of brookie cookie which is combination of brownies and cookies. The sweetness is normal and I love the different texture in one cookie. About the service, I’m really disappointed. I came to the store and place the order through self service machine. Everything goes well until I have to pay and scan my gift cards. It gives me a message “oops something wrong” So I decided to talk to the staff, she tried to see what happened and turn out their WiFi is disconnected. They don’t even apologize or help me to get the order. Instead they kept telling everyone that comes in to the store, the WiFi is disconnected. I have to wait for around 30minutes for the internet to come back on. I have to keep my eyes on the screen of the self order kiosk until it get fix, I finally got the order but no apology

Staff came right outside when I hit “Im here” on the app! Usually the staff open the box for you to see the product but this time it was just handed to me. The box had cookie crumbs on it when it was handed to me. One of the cookies was cut by the box lid when I opened the box and one looked like it had been moved around in the box, they both still tasted good, but luckily this order was for me to enjoy personally!

It took me a minute to realize I could order from the wall but it was seamless and quick. I placed my order and was given my items within 5 minutes. Cookies are so soft and delicious. I could not find anything wrong with the 6i chose. Bigger than expected as well. Extremely nice staff and clean. First time going and will be back.
